Perfect Location

Located 1.5 hours west of Asheville, NC, 2.5 hours northeast of Atlanta, GA and 20 minutes from Highlands, NC, Lonesome Valley is located in the small, seasonal town of Cashiers, NC. Cashiers is located on the highest plateau in the Blue Ridge Mountains, with hundreds of waterfalls, quiet lakes, granite-faced mountains, and rich flora and fauna. The charming area is known for its variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fly fishing, and mountain climbing, along with a variety of notable restaurants and quaint retail stores. The area is home to a great variety of accommodations, traditional and historic hotels, inns, cabins, rental homes, and bed and breakfasts.

The culinary team at Canyon Kitchen uses fresh produce and organic selections from the community garden and the surrounding area of western North Carolina to create extraordinary farm-to-table menus. Executive Chef, Ed Selle, works alongside each client to curate a menu that is uniquely yours.
