Spa Policies

Our spa treatments are designed for men and women and are performed in the comfort of our private treatment rooms. Our staff members are highly trained in their fields and are licensed and fully certified to ensure that you have the best spa experience possible.
We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows our therapists adequate time to thoroughly review your medical history and ensure that you receive appropriate and safe treatment. It also allows you time to decompress and prepare for your treatment.
 
To safeguard your relaxation and that of other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and speak softly.  Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the spa.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us the time to inform our guests on the wait list of any availability and fill our therapist time. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the treatment will be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment amount. All missed appointments will be assessed the full treatment amount.
 
Please note that we add a 20% service charge to all Spa services, which is distributed to the staff assisting you during your visit. Additional gratuities may be provided at your discretion.
 
We do not accept cash or checks; however, we do accept all major credit cards.
