Another fabulous Davis Family Wine Dinner
Canyon Kitchen was thrilled to welcome back vintner Guy Davis and his wife, Judy, this June for another fabulous evening of food, wine and music. Chef Ken Naron perfectly complimented the famed Davis Family wines with Seared Scallops, Whipped Corn, Crispy Corn, Braised Wild Maitakes and Roast Pork Loin, Caramelized Baby Fennel, Green Strawberry Chow Chow, Sea Island Blue Grits. Lilac Wine serenaded the crowd with upbeat tunes as the fog started to settle after a light rain. It was a beautiful evening that won’t soon be forgotten.
